Since 2007, we have been taking advantage of the possibility of joint training for industrial trades, which is supported by the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia with funds from the European Social Fund (ESF).
With this support, we are relieved as a medium-sized company and can thus provide apprenticeships in cooperation with an alliance partner for more than a decade to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
